A reminder that pickleball will begin again Jan. 9 for those wanting to indulge in their Christmas dinners, knowing they can lose any extra weight after the holidays. Start off the New Year right.

The Grade 7s at Half-moon Bay Elementary are having a bottle drive on Saturday, Jan. 12 in the school parking lot from 8:30 to 11 a.m. to help lower the cost of books for students. Let them take care of all your holiday empties. For more information, contact Wendy at 604-551-8461.

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a healthy Happy New Year.

To have your say at the Bay, contact me before 5 p.m. Monday at teknight@telus.net or 604-885-5034.
