This will be my final column after many years. I appreciate the opportunity to have supported the Roberts Creek community through this column. I could not have done this without you the readers, the supporters and all who submitted information through the years. Thanks to the editors and all the staff who were there when I needed them.

My gumboots will now go back in the closet. Enjoy your weekend with family and friends. Until we meet again, God’s speed go with you, Katharine Trueman.

Editor’s note: Anyone interested in filling Katharine’s gumboots as the next Roberts Creek community columnist can contact John Gleeson: editor@coastreporter.net.
