I cannot fathom why it would be necessary to inflict a $182 per property levy for infrastructure repairs (Coast Reporter, March 21).
Didn't we just pass a referendum that would assure we had money for necessary work in Sechelt, as well as pay for the new sewage treatment plant and still retain our reserves?
Please, council, publish an explanation! I am sure we all want to know.
