• Nov. 11. A Tibetan cultural event, information session and fundraiser, open to anyone interested in the Sunshine Coast Tibetan Resettlement Project.
There will be traditional Tibetan “momos” available for lunch, other Tibetan items for sale, a taste of Tibetan culture and entertainment, a chance for current sponsors to share about preparations for the Tibetans’ arrival, and all the information you could need if you think you might like to be involved with this project.
At Roberts Creek Cohousing Common Hall, noon to 3pm.

• Nov. 9 & 11. Pender Harbour Choir presents a Remembrance Concert entitled ‘Til We Meet Again, Friday 7pm at the Sechelt Legion and Sunday 2:30pm at the Pender Harbour Community Hall following the Community Remembrance Service. Tickets from members of the Choir or at Bluewaters Books in Madeira Park, the Sechelt Visitors’ Centre and Laedeli in the Sunnycrest Mall.
