Roberts Creek flew its flag with flair last Saturday, Aug. 28. Over 100 participants joined the Higgledy Piggledy Parade down Roberts Creek Road to start the Creek Daze celebrations. Hundreds more Creekers and friends came out to enjoy the fun, friendship and festivities at the mandala all day.

The weather was ideal for the 35th annual Sunshine Coast Open Tennis Tournament last weekend. Matches in men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles were held at the courts in Dougall Park in Gibsons, Hackett Park in Sechelt and the Suncoast Racquet Club in Sechelt.
