Winter is fast approaching and I am very concerned at the number of vehicles that have only one working headlight or tail light and sometimes a turn signal not working.
I have been out a lot in the evening in the last month and have counted double digit numbers of vehicles each time with lights not working. I urge fellow drivers, for your safety and that of others, to please check all your lights and if you see someone with a light out, please tell them.
