Kicking them when they're down

Editor: To the woman and her daughter yelling at me while I was "absent" at the passenger drop-off at the ferry terminal (Coast Reporter, Sept. 21, kisses and kicks column). People are so quick to judge and assume.

To the woman and her daughter yelling at me while I was "absent" at the passenger drop-off at the ferry terminal (Coast Reporter, Sept. 21, kisses and kicks column).

People are so quick to judge and assume. Do you really think I would park in an off-load only area?

My kids got out of my car and my younger son was about to dart across the parking lot where he saw my friend who was taking them onto the ferry. I ran to assure that he got to her safely and came back to the car, only to be taunted! Did you not see me walking them three metres to safety and then return to my vehicle?

Some people have nothing better to do than complain and then send "kicks" to others when they are down. Thanks a lot!
