I was reading a trade publication the other day and learned that the Ministry of Transport has just built a 320-foot (100-metre), 250-passenger roll-on/roll-off ferry for use on the Upper Arrow Lake, between Shelter Bay and Galena Bay, designed and built right here in beautiful British Columbia at Nakusp. The service is scheduled to begin this month.

Wow! Hello, BC Ferries. Hello B.C. media.
