RCMP investigating golf course break-in

PENDER HARBOUR

Thieves made off with a small amount of cash and liquor during a break-in at the Pender Harbour Golf Course early Monday morning.

According to Sunshine Coast RCMP, officers responded around 2:45 a.m. on June 2 to an alarm at the golf course.

“RCMP met with the property representative and confirmed that thieves had broken into the restaurant and pro-shop by smashing a window, and stealing a small amount of cash and liquor,” said Sgt. Steve Chubey in a media release.
