After an exciting period of building renovations, the Sunshine Coast Museum & Archives is now open to the public for the 2016 summer season.

Improvements include the installation of a lift to the second floor, a wheelchair accessible washroom and a forest-themed entrance foyer.

The Museum’s summer hours are Tuesday to Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Come in to explore the new space with your family, friends and summer visitors.

The Museum will host an official grand opening celebration in fall 2016 that will include a new exhibit co-curated with the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre featuring Coast Salish weaving.
