Rose was born in Cheltenham, England to parents, Jim and Peggy along with siblings John and Caroline.
While attending school, she met her best friend and life partner, Alan. They married and had three children, Sharon, Stephen and Paul. In 1966, they decided to move to Sechelt. Mom did odd jobs before starting as a cook at the Sechelt Legion where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, serving as Sargeant of Arms.
Mom always said she had a great life, full of many memories. She leaves behind three grandchildren Kyla, Joey and Alissa, and her beloved Jack Russells, Peter and Kailey.
