Don is a true champion

Congratulations and thanks to Don Chapman for his relentless quest to achieve or restore Canadian citizenship to the many Lost Canadians.

At last, after years of endeavour, it seems as if the laws will change to embrace our wronged citizens.

Don never gave up as he advocated for individuals and groups. His advice was often ignored or spurned by politicians despite his wide historical knowledge of the problem. He did not seek fame or restitution but only to have citizens' rights restored. We are all lucky to have this Canadian as a citizen.
