The Sechelt Skate Park is getting some beautification before the year ends.
The first thing to come was this new sign, designed by artist Davyd Oram, who was one of the original Skateboarders of Sechelt, a group that helped build the park in 1996.
The old sign was hidden and in disrepair so the new sign was crafted and erected to identify the skate park and the partners who made it possible.
Next to come will be a picnic area onsite for spectators to enjoy.
