Sunshine Coast Credit Union has signed on as presenting sponsor of the 2014 Children's Festival and Duck Pluck, contributing $4,000 in cash and in-kind services. The Festival raises money for Sunshine Coast Community Services' early childhood development programs.
"The support of Sunshine Coast Credit Union means that our Bellies and Babies program will have the required funding to help pregnant women and new moms receive resources, education, and support during the sometimes difficult transformation to parenthood," said Kelly Foley of Community Services.
"Since its beginning more than 11 years ago, Bellies and Babies has profoundly touched the lives of more than 1,000 people."
