Halfmoon Bay

All residents of Halfmoon Bay are invited to come along this Saturday, Dec. 13 to Breakfast with Santa from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Halfmoon Bay Elementary School.

This event, supported by the Welcome Beach Commuinity Association and the elementary school, will benefit the food bank.

Enjoy performances by Halfmoon Bay Performing Arts, a make your own Christmas ornament and craft table, guessing jar, Santa gifts and lots of fun for the whole family. This promises to be a festive, and delicious way for everyone to make this worthwhile event part of your Christmas memories while helping others less fortunate. 

Tickets are available at the door: adults $6, kids $4 and families (two adults and two children ages two to 12) $20, which includes a photo with Santa. Come and enjoy a delicious pancake and sausage breakfast or smoked salmon and bagels, also available at $6 (limited quantities).

Food Bank donation collection boxes have been set up at HMB Café, Welcome Woods Market and the entrance to the school.

The new season of pickleball starts on Wednesday, Jan. 7 at Halfmoon Bay Elementary School. Plan to arrive by 7 p.m. for registration. All skill levels are welcome. Dress appropriately (runners and work out gear). All equipment is provided. Cost is $3 per session. Email [email protected] for more information.
