Tonight, Friday, July 18 you are invited to Friday Dinner at the Little Legion.
There will be live music by Matt Diamond and later in the evening, music by Jim Taylor.
On Saturday, July 19 at the Little Legion starting at 9 p.m., it’s DJ Night featuring Mat The Alien, and After The Flash until 1 a.m. Admission is $10 for members and $20 for guests. All are invited.
Also on Saturday at the Roberts Creek Hall is the Renovation Blues Band who will be dishing up a storm of blues music. Doors open at 8:30 with music beginning at 9 p.m. Tickets are $20, available from Strait Music, Gaia’s Gifts and MELOmania.
The Roberts Creek Heart Market is back on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This year’s Mandala public painting starts on Monday, July 21 and runs until Thursday, July 24 from noon to 7 p.m. every day. Paints and brushes are supplied. Donations welcome.

A new “free market” has begun in the Gazebo Park behind the library on the last Sunday of each month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Bring items to give away and help yourself to stuff other people bring. This is a wonderful experiment in an alternative, more sharing economy. Thanks to organizer Dana Wilson and the Roberts Creek Community Association for allowing us to use the space.
The Cliff Gilker tot slide is now open and ready for use at Cliff Gilker Park. Next time you are there on a hike have the kids try it out.
