Children: how they sleep and how they dream

Jennifer Garden, founder of Sleepdreams Inc. and instructor at Capilano University, presents Children: how they sleep and how they dream on Wednesday, April 2, at the Gibsons and District Public Library.

The presentation is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and will address sleep problems for infants and children. As a parent, learn how you can help your children get adequate sleep. The seminar will also include the latest research on sleep and dreaming for infants and toddlers, the importance of sleep, tips to help children sleep better and an opportunity to ask questions.

The presentation is free, but registration is required by calling 604-886-2130.
