question of the week

Ferries: families first

We sent a letter to the premier (no stamp needed) and we encourage all Coasters to do the same.

We have family on the Island and on the Mainland, who would like to visit us more often, but balk at the cost. Therefore we see them less. Most are working and if they plan on coming on a weekend, have to make a reservation, which means more money.

And yes, do we really need to eat on the ferry. A 40-minute ride?

United we are so much stronger. Our voices count.
