I am wondering what the plans are to provide fire service to a eight-storey building in the town? Do they have a fire truck and trained personnel to manage a eighth-storey fire? If not, will they have to buy equipment and pay for training?
Surely they would not expect the rest of the regional district to pay for this?
There are bigger issues than clear views to consider.
