29-year-old Jesse Thomas White, wanted by Sunshine Coast RCMP, turned himself into authorities in the Lower Mainland on Tuesday.
UPDATED AS OF 4:30 P.M. JUNE 19: A suspect wanted by Sunshine Coast RCMP has turned himself into police in the Lower Mainland.
Last Friday (June 19), RCMP sent out a public alert looking for 29-year-old Jess Thomas White of Sechelt who had two outstanding warrants for break and enter and possession of a dangerous weapon.
On Tuesday afternoon, Cpl. Steve Chubey, media relations officer for the Sunshine Coast RCMP said White had surrendered to authorities and was set to appear in Sechelt provincial court for a review of sentence stemming from two conditional sentence orders for break and enter, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and theft under $5,000. The warrants were issued on July 15, 2011.
