On-line sexual predator on the Sunshine Coast

Jesse James Aimee, 29, a resident of the Sunshine Coast, is currently facing charges of sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, three counts of Internet luring and obstruction of justice.

Within the past couple years, Aimee, an alleged on-line predator, known on the Internet as Jesse James, is believed to have been luring children from the Sunshine Coast.

Aimee is alleged to have been using MSN, Bebo and Facebook to lure young girls between the ages of 12 and 16. A number of victims have already been identified, but police believe there may be more.

The RCMP is urging parents to talk to their children and encourage anyone who has had online contact with Aimee to contact Sunshine Coast RCMP at 604-885-2266.
